Trützschler Nonwoven provides the Chemicalbonding device and chemicalbonding line since 1960's. In order to optimal the best solution to customer, Trützschler Nonwoven combined the different kinds of technologies, from impregnation to adhesive, pre-heating, final drying to solidification.
Benifit: can produce many kinds of products based on the same prodcution line, max. production speed is 500 m/min, max. work width is 7,000 mm, High softness of products, Nonwoven fabric has the handfeeling of woven fabric, one sided adhesive glue or saturated impregnation, The distribution of gluing is uniform even the quantiy of adhesive is small, avilable range of grammage is 15 -2,000 g/m2, can be colored when gluing, hydrophilic, hydrophobic or other post-processing/enhanced processing, soak glue and saturated dip glue, contact roller, high speed leaching machine.
High-speed foulard for chemical bonding lines Target of this development has been to both speed-up chemical bonding processes and to make them more efficient. The new foulard for the application of liquid binding agents can actually be considered revolutionary: compared to conventional technologies. It allows for increasing the line speed during the production of lightweight webs by up to 50%. Various optimizations on rolls (patent pending) and sub-components make it possible: the liquid binder is absorbed by the roller in an extremely homogeneous way and passed on to the web without sticking. Nonwoven Thermobonding materials Trützschler Nonwovens Thermobonding line is relied on the air-through theory. After the different melting points of fibers to form web, then thermobonded by the hot air when passing through the perforated cylinder. This technology can minimize the cost of investment and to obtain the best quality.
The benefit of the Trützschler Nonwovens Thermobonding line: Compact modular design Low energy consumption Promptly, uniformly to heat and cool the fiber web Correcting device with no limit of the gauge setting The maximum weight of production can be 2,000 g/m2 Base on the quality of the fiber web to optimally adjust the variable speed fan High speed production Air-through structuring in the thermobond drum oven Until today thermofusioned volume webs were always plain. Trützschler Nonwovens’ newly developed structuring shell for the thermobonder now allows for the production of voluminous nonwovens with permanent, distinct 3D pattern effects. In contrast to the embossing process during calendering, neither web thickness nor the textile feel are affected. Air-through structuring maintains the soft web surface and bulkiness. Similar to the structuring drums for the AquaJet, the thermobonding structuring shell is exchangeable (various patents pending). The thermobonding line is flexible and can be used for making plain or structured nonwovens.Picture 2: Structuring shell and air-through structured web
